From The Mark of the Beast page, "This second beast is the United States of America which will lead the way of enforced Sunday worship which will be followed by the United nations of the world." Does this mean that they will pass a law in the USA that everyone will have to engage in Christian worship on Sunday? Or just any kind of worship? Like for Hindus, will they be required to engage in some kind of Hindu-style worship on Sunday? So if a Hindu worships Krishna on Sunday after that law is passed, will they have the mark of the beast on them?

Hello walkingman117.
Welcome to the humble beginnings of a great forum, with loving people like tsaphah, where the Bible (KJB; word) is exalted above all.
Psalms 138:2 KJB - I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
I hope you do not mind me chiming in, though I am not the author of this website, nor forum, nor statement you are quoting and asking about.
The law (NSL, National Sunday Law; 'aka' 'child of the papacy' (Revelation 17:1-2,5)) that will be passed originally in the united States of America will generally appear to be secular, and for the simple 'benefit' of outward health, social (family & friends, relationships), environment or economy (business). It will gain "teeth" and become increasingly oppressive as time goes on, as the present 'health' laws have been passed and became increasingly draconian (see Daniel 1), violating every principle of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the united States (see Daniel 3 & 6; Acts 4, etc). It will arise slowly at first (as the little horn of Daniel 7), and as it gains popular support, will sweep up all who are not sealed y the seal of God.

In effect, it begins as simply another 'day' off, but a permanently weekly one. It will be treated as a national weekly holiday at first. It will have nothing to say about "worship" directly. The "worship" comes in by simply refusing to heed a call to repentance from God, and a continuing to acknowledge the primary authority from which it (NSL) stems or originates from - Rome, Papacy. A person could be in a Hindu temple, a Muslim Mosque, a 'protestant' church, even a simple home, etc and as long as they acknowledge the day and the authority that backs it and continues to transgress God's explicit commandment (Exodus 20;11; Revelation 14:7,12), is automatically "worship" of the "beast" and satan. One does not have to join a 'church' or even be seen 'worshipping' on 'Sunday' once that takes place.
It can be summarized this way (and I recommend reading the whole chapter):
"... when Sunday observance shall be enforced by law, and the world shall be enlightened concerning the obligation of the true Sabbath, then whoever shall transgress the command of God, to obey a precept which has no higher authority than that of Rome, will thereby honor popery above God. He is paying homage to Rome and to the power which enforces the institution ordained by Rome. He is worshiping the beast and his image. As men then reject the institution which God has declared to be the sign of His authority, and honor in its stead that which Rome has chosen as the token of her supremacy, they will thereby accept the sign of allegiance to Rome—“the mark of the beast.” And it is not until the issue is thus plainly set before the people, and they are brought to choose between the commandments of God and the commandments of men, that those who continue in transgression will receive “the mark of the beast.” .." - The Great Controversy, Chapter 25, page 449.1 - https://text.egwwritings.org/read/132.2003
The "mark of the beast" is simply agreeing with ('Amen'-ing in either thought or action) the "beast" to ignore God's calling to repentance to keep His commandments, and to continue in sin and sinning (Revelation 14:6-12). See that in Revelation 14:6-7,12 the Seal of God is about the Holy Ghost sealing the Law of God (Isaiah 8:16,18; Hebrews 2:13) in His people (New Covenant; Jeremiah 31:31-34; Hebrews 8:8-13, 10:16; Isaiah 56:1-8, John 10:16; Isaiah 56:2-7), and the mark (Revelation 14:8-11) is in contrast. An old testament type in example is seen in Ezekiel:
Ezekiel 8:6 KJB - And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD'S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.
God's seal (Revelation 14:6-7,12; Exodus 20:11):
Revelation 14:6 KJB - And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
Revelation 14:7 KJB - Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
Revelation 14:12 KJB - Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
satan's mark in contrast (lack of the faith of Jesus (who obeyed all God's commands (John 15:10) and transgression of God's commandments (Exodus 20:1-17; 1 John 3:4)):
Revelation 14:8 KJB - And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
Revelation 14:9 KJB - And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
Revelation 14:10 KJB - The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
Revelation 14:11 KJB - And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
In order to have a greater understanding of the "mark of the beast", and what it is, or is not, one must first identify (from scripture), and understand who / what the "beast" is. (if you already know and understand, please bear with me for others who may be reading, or in future read, this thread)
First, let's locate the texts which speak of the "mark", or "mark of the beast" in Revelation (Revelation 13:16-17, 14:9,11, 15:2, 16:2, 19:20, 20:4):
Revelation 13:16 KJB - And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Revelation 13:17 KJB - And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Revelation 14:9 KJB - And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
Revelation 14:11 KJB - And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Revelation 15:2 KJB - And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
Revelation 16:2 KJB - And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
Revelation 19:20 KJB - And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Revelation 20:4 KJB - And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
There are also texts in Daniel, as it parallels Revelation, especially Daniel 7 & Revelation 13. You may see that directly here - https://www.beastsmark.com/forum/bible-prophecy-discussions/daniel-7-revelation-13-parallels-in-language-time
Daniel 7:25 KJB - And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
Daniel 11:44 KJB - But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many.
Daniel 11:45 KJB - And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.
Now, let's identify what a "beast" is from scripture:
A "beast", as given in several prophecies, parables, &c., is a political body, or nation-state, kingdom (Genesis 49:9; Isaiah 27:1, 46:11; Jeremiah 4:7, 5:6, 12:8, 25:38, 49:19, 50:44; Ezekiel 17:3,7, 32:2; Daniel 7:7,17,19,23, 8:20,21; Joel 1:6; Micah 5:8; Revelation 13:1,2,3,7,11,12, 17:3,7,8,11,12).
Now, let's identify what a "mark" is from scripture:
A "mark" (G5480; χάραγμα (charagma)) is a "sign", "seal", "token" (Genesis 9:12-13,17, 17:11; Exodus 3:12, 12:13, 13:16; Numbers 17:10; Deuteronomy 22:15,17,22; Joshua 2:12; Job 21:29; Psalms 65:8, 86:17, 135:9; Isaiah 44:25; Mark 14:44; Philippians 1:28; 2 Thessalonians 1:5; 2 Thessalonians 3:17), or outward visible signature / thing (like a carving; Acts 17:29; or something written, Jeremiah 2:2; or a clay seal; Job 38:14; sealed with a King's signet ring; Esther 8:8; or signature of a name; 1 Kings 21:8; Nehemiah 9:38, or signed contract; Jeremiah 32:44), as God's seal (Song of Songs 8:6; Ezekiel 9:4,6; John 3:33; Romans 4:11; 2 Timothy 2:19; Revelation 7:2, 9:4) which identifies the thing marked to the one who marked / sealed it (Genesis 4:15; Isaiah 8:16; 1 Corinthians 9:2; Revelation 13:16-17, 14:9,11, 15:2, 16:2, 19:20, 20:4). It also can refer to the closing of the thing sealed / marked from being further altered or changed (Job 41:15; Jeremiah 32:44; Daniel 9:24, 12:4; Revelation 6:3,5,7,9,12, 8:1, 10:4, 20:3, 22:10).
The "beast" of which the "mark" belongs is identified here (Revelation 13:1-10), as the "beast" from the "sea":
Revelation 13:1 KJB - And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Revelation 13:2 KJB - And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
Revelation 13:3 KJB - And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
Revelation 13:4 KJB - And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
Revelation 13:5 KJB - And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
Revelation 13:6 KJB - And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
Revelation 13:7 KJB - And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
Revelation 13:8 KJB - And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 13:9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.
Revelation 13:10 KJB - He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
Again, see the Daniel 7 & Revelation 13 comparison to see that this amalgamated "beast" is the Papacy, a church (worship; Revelation 13:4) / state (war / killeth; Revelation 13:4,7,10) union that has existed for nearly 2,000 years, with some hiccups.

Once the "beast" is identified, it is but a short step to identify it's "mark", or claim of authority.
Daniel 7:25 - And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
It thinks it can do this, "by reason of transgression" (Daniel 8:12), a sinful mindset, as it places itself in the place of Jesus Christ on earth:

The Papacy (even Catholicism), over and over again, has said:
H.F. Thomas, Chancellor Of Cardinal Gibbons:
"Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change [of the solemnity of the 7th day Sabbath to Sunday the first day of the week] was her act ... And the act is a mark of her ecclesiastical authority in religious things."
The Faith of Millions, By the Reverend John A. O'Brien, Ph.D, copyright 1938, Published by Our Sunday Visitor, Huntington, Indian, Pages 397-398,401,403
"The attendance at [Sunday] Mass is the mark of a practical Catholic. ... the worship of God and demands the attendance at Sunday Mass every Catholic worthy of the name."
Dictionary of the Liturgy, Rev. Jovian P. Lang, OFM., Catholic Book Publishing Co., 1989
"Distinctive of the Roman Catholic Church, Sunday Mass observance became a mark of a practicing Catholic."

... In order to fully appreciate Sunday as a mark of Christian unity we must expand our definition of unity." [by Rev. Dr. Demetrios E. Tonias – Dean, Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral of New England] - http://www.ldausa.org/lda/sunday-as-a-mark-of-christian-unity/
